David teaches or has taught internationally Dental Proprioception, Family Constellation, Health Coaching, Nutritional Microscopy, Product Formulation and Specialized Kinesiology. He has an e xtensive experience teaching Low Level Laser Therapy across North America for over 3 years.
Irina Kossovskaia, M.D., Ph.D., D.N.M.
Irina is a Doctor, a Scientist, a Teacher, a Writer and a Public speaker. A former top eye surgeon and Professor in a Medical Academy in Russia, she has 36 research studies and medical inventions. Furthermore, Dr. Irena has education and experience in practical psychology and public relations. In North America, Irina is a practicing Doctor of Natural Medicine. Her Health Center is located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON, Canada.
In 1996 Irina was introduced to integrative medical research in bioenergy and informatics conducted within the Russian space research program (SCENAR technology), which heightened her interest in holistic and energy medicine. She joined the SCENAR research team and later pioneered the SCENAR movement outside of Russia. Irina is closely affiliated with ISTA (International SCENAR Technology Association) and is an ISTA Registered Master Trainer. She is the author of many publications on SCENAR and a moderator of One_Medicine - a public forum discussing various Energy medicine modalities.
Irina’s ongoing research has an objective of finding the best combination of energy technologies that can be used for self-healing. Brought into the context of holistic medicine, technological developments underpin the concept of Transformational Health Systems, which is also a training program designed for individuals interested in taking charge of their health on all levels – and assisting others in transformation to a healthier, happier living. Irina’s presentations and seminars on the topic are well known on both continents making a foundation for her upcoming book ‘Health Care by Self Care’.
Transformational Health Systems in practice: the Harvest Haven Experience
Farm manager at Harvest Haven, has his Masters in organic agriculture from Tokyo University of Agriculture in Japan. During the Master's program, Mark had the opportunity to visit and study many different organic farm management strategies in the whole of Japan as well as Korea. He speaks Japanese well, supervises farm staff, is a carpenter and woodworker, beekeeper, researcher, speaker, writer, comedian, cow milker, cattleman, shepherd, and a walking computer of knowledge. He oversees general farm operations in many aspects, and is very helpful in informing those coming to us who seek a better, healthier life. Mark's wife, Mariko, managed an organic store in Tokyo, and helps him with Harvest Haven Health.
Mark will answer the question, "Why eat organic?" and "Why do you need water revitalization and water purification?" He will talk about what we are doing differently to achieve optimal organic production, and how we are bringing the whole picture of holistic health together in our store. He will use pictures to take everyone on a virtual tour of the farm and store.
